Change Android Boot Animation

Like Many other Android lovers do you hate default boot animation & wish to change it?
I personally never liked my Galaxy 3 displaying default samsung animation & was looking for a better replacement.

Few days back this is what I exactly found on xdadevelopers forum

You can download above all animations from

 

How to install new animation?
use rootexplorer or any application which lets you write to /system/media.
download any of above animation & save as /system/media/bootanimation.zip
reboot your phone to enjoy new boot animation.

Howto remove start / shudown animation?
rename / remove following files.
/system/media/bootani.qmg
/system/media/video/shutdown/shutdown.qmg
