Download torrent
Make sure you select with bundled jre package (ensure you selected version 3.2, till now there is no version 3.2 mentioned for Linux (x86) (with bundled JRE) (.deb based)), this may be rectified soon. Otherwise use following link to download from Web.

The reason I recommend to download using Torrent is to let it spread quickly. On the day of release download sites were not responding, this may be due to heavy load. By using torrent we can help others get openoffice quickly, on 15th Feb there may be almost every linux admin downloading OO-3.2.
Remove older version
sudo apt-get remove openoffice.org*
Install Latest one
#Extract tar package & access directory
cd DEBS#install openoffice package
sudo dpkg -i *.deb
#install application link
sudo dpkg -i desktop-integration/openoffice.org3.2-debian-menus_3.2-9472_all.deb
