Due to some unknown reason my wordpress was unable to post scheduled posts.
Initially it was working fine & started few weeks ago for no reason.
While searching I found plugin to fix this issue.
Now WP-Schedule post is working fine, I would recommend this to everyone facing same issue.
I am using wordpress 2.7.1
